Masterclass on defining influence and disinformation followed by a fireside chat with Lutz Güllner, Head of Division for Strategic Communications and Information Analysis at the European External Action Service focused on how different stakeholders and platforms define disinformation and how this affects their approach and response.
360/OS 2021 - Lightning Talk on Analog to Digital Influence
This talk draws on both academic and practitioner study of influence operations and provides a brief overview of how threat actor techniques have evolved over time and how we can take historical study of active measures and apply it to investigations today.
Partnership for Countering Influence Operations - Panel on Attribution
Panel entitled "Unmasking Influence Operators: What Are Best Practices for Attribution?" focused on how varying stakeholders approach the important question of ‘who is responsible’ by looking at existing standards of the attribution of influence operations, as well as some of the potential pitfalls that exist around incorrect attribution, misleading attribution, and attribution without evidence.

Led plenary session focused on defining inauthentic behavior to kick off Harris Cyber Policy Initiative's Workshop, sponsored by the National Science Foundation. Workshop findings will help inform the new NSF convergence accelerator track.
